After you become a member of Seed, you are paid a Salary on a regular basis. How high your Seed rank is determines how much you are payed. Some actions cause your rank to go down, like using guardian forces all the time or talking on a mission. While others, cause your rank to go up, such as completing missions swiftly and doing the "extra" things that are not required.
