My vote goes to Shadow. Its such a shame that you dont get the opportunity to use him more in the WoB, but I love his throw skill, even if it is a little too powerful at high levels, and Interceptor is so cool.
Close behind him would be Setzer though, he's a total pimp and his Doom Darts and Fixed DIce are my faveourite weapons in the whole game.
