It's just like any other bills and services you pay for. When you get the game, you need to register with Square Enix's PlayOnline service and you enter your VISA or Mastercard information. Each month, Square Enix takes $12.99 USD from your account (if you're not getting any of the extras). You can cancel at anytime and you still get to play till that month expires. VISA and Mastercard are the
only available form of payment... you can't buy game cards, send Square Enix cash, cheques or money-orders.
