Finding Truth
Final Fantasy III/VI
Storyline/Characters|
I really enjoyed the stroyline, thought it did seem to slow down to some parts where I almost lost intrest. The beginning had me with this girl in a large suit of Magitek armor with two soldiers, journeying down a cave to a monster that seemed almost imortal until you beat it. The girl encounters a thief who likes to call himself a Treasure Hunter, not a thief, and a would be king of Figaro. My memory is abit rusty, but I can trust myself to know that this game was a very good game. The characters had traits all their own, as well as appearences and abilities. A woman who loves children, and accepts herself for who she is, human or not, a treasure hunter who was still in love with the girl who had been cast into a coma because of him, a king who seemed to be a romancer at times with his muscle building yet at times arrogant brother, a gambler loving fate and using coins to decide such difficult choices, a young woman wondering why she was cast into this world of war, forced to fight in this world, a young girl with spunky attititude who could do amazing things with her art, a old man with a hearty personality yet loving of his grandaughter, a young boy who didn't really know much, except to eat, hunt, and run with animals until a man with expert sword skills and the body builder find him, a man with no past, no future, in his opinion, who decides to fight with them all once he almost loses his faithful and loyal friend, even a moogle who was grateful for being saved instead of thrown aside for an iteam, and also an abomination looking creature who only cared about friendship.
Gameplay|Graphics|Sounds|
The battles were fun if they were boss battles or just regular battles, thought I didn't like the way the characters looked when they were in pain, thought it is better then most games around it's time. Graphics were good for their time and the console you used it to play one, 6 for the first Playstation, and 3 for the SNES. The sounds, erm... Abit worse then most. Gameplay was good, how you could have numerous choices, to talk to this person, or that person, to have this person die or this one, to jump or not, to follow, to let them join, et cetera.
Overall|
I loved it and still do.
8.5/10
