Nationality-Seems to be a pleasing mix of Caucasion and Asian. However his nationality is disregarded when he is beheld by others. Rouge has a divine beauty about him, his face is a picture of angelic perfection. This aids him in negotiations with others both male and female (dont even go there you people know who you are).
Attire-White! Rouge wears an attire composed of dazzlingly white garments all the way from cloak to boots.

History-Rouge's history is vastly unknown even to himself, after about a lifetime his mind undergos a terrible amnesia, leaving him with only the memories that support life like remembering how to breath, and procreate, and things like that, he must learn to speak all over again. He bears a startling resemblance to a warrior know as the Red Angel that held a reign of terror a few centuries ago, named so for his angelic beauty, profinciency of combat and lack of mercy. This startling resemblance is typically discarded as unfortunate due to the fact that Rouge never wears red and actually detests the color while the Red Angel was never seen without it.
Weapons-Dirge of Helios, this Di-Katana is forged from the heart metal of earth and has a marbled look to it, the metal is inherantly a magic battery of sorts [(for example a magic user that requires a source of magic energy could use the blade as such)this weapon has abilities of its own that I have placed with the character's abilities] Warning: the blade is made from the core metal of earth and was forged by unknown means and is outrageously heavy it was given to him by a stranger Guantlents of Mutago Nothing special really except Mutago (Technique of Hand to Blade:: I Made This Art Up) is the name of the Martial Art he has mastered, and the gauntlents are designed to make him able to parry attacks with sword and staff with his hands (thats all no special abilities) the forearm plates are ridged making them a bit painful when bashed by the forearm and the back of the hands and knuckles are protected by plates of boiled leather.
Abilities-Rouge has mastered the art of Mutago, an art that gave birth to Tai Chi, focusing ones body to make it an effective weapon against the closed minded wielders of the blade (no offense), this allows him to focus his body to cut off blood flow and thicken his skin to help defend against damage, with a brief spell of meditation (about 10 minutes) he can create a few more muscle cells making him a bit stronger for the next battle (remember masters of this art control their bodies indefinitely) with alot more meditation he can knit damage done to him, HE CANT DO THIS IN COMBAT RELAX! Im sorry this Martial Art does not help him heal others, however his training of using his mind to control his body can help him also help others relax from mental trama. Common maneuvers and techniques are slapping the flat of a blade to knock it off path and things of that nature.
(The following are techniques Rouge himself has mastered with the Dirge of Helios)
Home Run-Rouge wields the Dirge of Helios in a whirlwind and crosswind manner using the Focus the Dirge ability to create a thickening of the air wich will slow bullets and other kinetic projectiles then once they are slowed continues swinging Dirge of Helios to knock the projectiles back at his adversaries with about 80% effectiveness, the density and weight of the blade providing lethal velocity for the projectiles.
Crescent of Fire-Rouge uses Focus the Dirge to launch a crescent blade of fire at his enemy in the same pattern as the slash with his sword.
Fissure-Rouge jumps into the air with the Dirge of Helios and throws it into the ground then lands standing on the hilt and uses Focus the Dirge to generate an Air Shield and open a MASSIVE crack in the planets crust all the way to the core. This is a Killing Move. The Air Shield is meant to protect the wielder, however their is a 40% chance that this technique will cause severe earthquakes for a 20 mile radius, and there is also a 15% chance that the Technique can break the planet in half killing everyone on it (inlcuding Rouge). Because of the possibility of uncomfortable side effects Rouge has yet to find a need for this techniqe.
(The following is an ability unique to Rouge that he knows nothing about)
Busukai-This is his body's defense mechanism. After a near death experience Rouge will fly into a rage attempting to destroy any potential threat in his view. The Busukai passes when the potential threats are destroyed or can no longer be seen by him or he is finally killed, the Busukai will heal a small amount of his health and allow him to function on a basic survival level, in other words destroy the threat as if he wasnt hurt at all, pain only brings the new threat to his attention, Rouge blacks out during this and never remembers that he killed and maimed his enemies and friends in the most brutal and effective of manners. Some people believe this may have something to do with his uncharted history.
(The following is a technique that the wielder of the Dirge of Helios will know when he/she picks it up)
Focus the Dirge-This ability is provided to the wielder of the Dirge of Helios upon reciept, the jewel in the hilt imbuing the wielder with knowledge of use in the ability, Focus the Dirge allows the wielder to create simple elemtal anomalies (like thickening the air to slow bullets) to augment use of the sword for example if the wielder needs to make a ranged attack the wielder would use Focus the Dirge to launch a slash shaped fire bolt at his enemy Focus the Dirge does deplete the magic battery like properties and it will need time to recharge if depleted he can do about 10 of his techniques before it is drained (OVER DRAINING THE BLADE CAN DESTROY IT CAUSING IT TO EXPLODE AND HAS A 80% CHANCE OF KILLING EVERY ONE WITHIN 300 FT IF IT DOESNT KILL YOU IT DOES KNOCK YOU DOWN! YOU CAN OVERDRAIN FOR ABOUT 5 TECHNIQUES BEFORE THE BLADE EXPLODES).
