* 3x3 Eyes
* Otogi Zoshi
* Battle Angel Alita
* Legend of the 4 Kings
There's a load of new anime in the shops that I haven't seen (which is why 3 on those list are all old titles), but those are my current favourites, subject to change when I get my hands on more DVDs. I'm probably one of the few who have even heard of 3x3 Eyes, let alone have it as one of their favourites.
Which reminds me, I must make a rant topic one of these days about the horrible crime that they did of changing the english VHS cast of 3x3 Eyes and making that horrible american DVD version...

They did what? The only place I saw 3x3 Eyes was on T.V. Yesturday I saw a DVD for it but it was for about $50 and it didn't say how many episodes it had so I didn't buy it. *sniff* I need to find some, I miss Pai's third person speech and Yakumo's decapitation episode XD.

A friendly word of warning. If you see a 3x3 Eyes DVD anywhere do not, I repeat, do not, under any circumstances, purchase it! That is the American re-casted version, which *insert favourite swear word here* all over both the english version, and the anime itself. The music and sound effects are off, the voice actress for Pai is awful, and the entire feel and flow of the anime has gone horribly wrong! Everything is just terrible!
I have no idea why they even needed to re-cast. They should have just used the English VHS version and used that for the DVD. Seriously, I can not warn you enough not to waste your money on a DVD version of 3x3 Eyes that you may find unless you are 100% sure that it is not the American version, and is the standard English one.
I used to get very confused when people used to say that they saw 3x3 Eyes, but didn't think that it was anything special. Obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but it was as if they didn't even see the same series that I was watching. The great humour, action, adventure, and tone seemed to be lost on them. It was only recently that I discovered that American's have seen such a crap, re-voice casted version which really does lose everything thanks to the poor voices and loss of sound effects in places.
*Puff wheeze*
Ok, I'm done now, lol. 3x3 Eyes is just an awesome anime, and it's sad to see that the majority of people have seen such a terrible version, and not the excellent one that English viewers have seen.

The english version was presented as a 5 part series. The american version was split into more episodes (for example part 1 of the english version was broken into two parts - before and after Yakumo returns home to his school), and there are some extra things here and there like short recap scenes and such. There are probably more extra scenes, but to be honest though, I gave up after the first episode. Honestly, after seeing the english version, it was that bad. I simply could not take watching it any longer.
One of these days, I might force myself to sit through it and see any more extra scenes that could be there ... but the voice cast is so terrible. Maybe I'll put on subtitles in order to sit through it...

^ Lol. I've only seen the one english version, so I wouldn't know.
Oh, Zidane, I have an idea. I don't have the capabilities to transfer my VHS tapes to my comp, but I do have a crappy little video camera. What I'll do is to record some scenes, then rip the Amercian DVD, and show you all the differences. I'll make a new topic when I'm done...

Unfortunately i love quite a few anime's, ill break them down bit by bit.
Inuyasha - Loved it completely everything about it the characters really do make you smile, the storyline is somewhat difficult to get into but once you do it becomes a amazing and complex storyline. The evil characters don't let go either which makes the suspence level constantly be left on high. Plus the graphics is beautifully well done.
Bleach - God i love this anime. The characters are amazing and what's better there is load's of them to keep us all satisfied. The storyline really did kick in really early which i did wonder if it would trail off at about episode 10 but i was pleasantly surprised it stayed and even went as a faster pace. The love romance in there is also really good, i don't mean like chobits but the attraction makes you want to watch the next episode just to see if anything happens.
Wolves Rain - i actually love this anime and got into it so much that i cried the last major episodes, the storyline is compelling i don't know but it seem's somewhat mystical to me. I love the wolves and the way they can fake there existance. For all those that love animes which are really emotional i suggest this one.
Advent children - dont know if this is anime but i loved it being a huge ff fan that i am, they brought the game to even higher levels, we got to see aerith and sephiroth in deeper levels and i thought that was a nice touch, Also each fan once they finish a game want's to know what happens next and this time we got to see what each and every character did in the time we missed once the game had ended.
there is more but there my main ones.
