Chronos Cross, or w/e its called? I first heard about it on ePSXe's forums, and all i know is that people say its a good game. Is it anything like the FF series? Good storyline?

It is a really good game. lol, I don't think it's a lot like FF, except maybe that they are all RPGS, but there are like 40ish playable characters, and almost everything you do/say, who you talk to,etc changes the story a little, like who you meet later and what characters you can get to play as. FF games are more liner, it doesnt matter as much who you talk to or whatever. It's got an ok story and really great replay value

If you ever decide to start playing Chrono Cross I would suggest to be a little patient and play Chrono Trigger. It's Chrono Cross' prequel and there are some story elements in Cross that connects to Trigger. Chrono Trigger has been released for Snes, PSX and of course you can find and play it with an emulator and Cross only for PSX.

Chrono Cross though has a stranger, yet new and refreshing battle system which you have to learn well if you want to progress easily through the game.

I was personally disappointed with this game. Every now and then something would happen in the story where I would go "Oh snap! That was awesome!" and think this was the best game ever and then about an hour later I was bored again. I played all the way through it but overall I didn't like it. That's just my opinion though.
