I don't think there is Liverpool fans on this site. ^_^ Either Man Utd, Boro Newcastle.
I think Arsenal will win 2-1.

^Don't forget the lone Nottingham Forest fan.lol
I think Barcelona will win comfortably. They have too much firepower upfront, whilst their defence is much better than people give them credit for.

Ahhh, forgot about Squire. ^_^
Henry, If he plays his best then the game will mainly be Henry Vs Ronaldinhio. But Henry just seems better.

This could go either way depending on which Arsenal defence turn up. If the same Arsenal defence that blanked Real, Juve and Villareal can find that form, then they're sorted, and can take it from there. But I saw them against Wigan on the last day of the seasonand they looked a bit shaky at the back for a while. We'll see, but it's going to be incredibly tough for the Gunners to shut out Ronaldinho, and for Barca to shut out Henry. I mean if Real couldnt do it, who's to say Barca can?

On a side note, I thought of a game we can run if someone wants to do it. But we can play it various ways depending on how complex we want it to be.
We can either...
- Guess who will win each group
- Then Guess who will win each round and eventually end up with the tournament winner
- Predict all of the group scores using a scoring system I will talk about if people want to do it.
Or we could combine them both?

Sorry, I must have been dead or something, lol. I`m not sure if I will run it or not.
Anyway, the Champs League final, what a crock of sh*t. Barcelona did not deserve that at all, not in a million years. They only had 3 real chances throughout the whole match, and it took them 77 minutes to break down 10 men. Best team in the world? Are they B*llocks.
Almunia saved Eto`o`s first chance, should have saved the 2nd, and probably could have done better with the 3rd. The only reason Barcelona won is because they wore them out, not because they are actually good. Possibly one of the most egotistical and over-rated sides to win the Champions League in history.

The sending off ruined that full final. For starts it wasn't a sending off, The ref should have played advantage. Secondly he only yellow carded 1 Barca player after he commited 3 booking offences. Also the second goal. I felt was offside.
I think Henrys after match interview was amazing i haven't laughed that much in years.
"Barca are hard team to beat, But with the Ref on thier side. They're even harder!"
Reporter: "Did the best team win?"
Henry:NO!
Pure comedy. ;)

I trust he'd rather win the champions league through Grit and determination then win it by having exuberrent decisions and the wrong ones aswell. ;)

Haha, those are the pussy comments. These ones are better. :)
Firstly..on the ref.
"If the ref didn' want us to win it, why didn't he just say it from the start"
On Marquez...and their team.
"They kicked me in the knee and the ankle, but I won't dive like them because I am not a woman"
On them winning...
"They can be happy, I see them celebrating over there. But at the end of the day, they were outplayed by 10 men"
On Ronaldinho...
"Everyone talks about Ronaldinho, but he did nothing today, I didn't even know he was on the pitch."
"Larsson however, was great today. So whenever you talk about Ronaldinho being so great, perhaps you should talk about the people who actually play well"
"It was all about Larsson because today I saw no Ronaldinho, no Eto'o and I would have liked to see a proper ref too".

It can workout like that sometimes when a team goes down to 10 men. Personally I do think Barca are the best team in Europe. I haven't seen another team this year who can lay a better claim to that title.
|
Almunia saved Eto`o`s first chance, should have saved the 2nd, and probably could have done better with the 3rd.[/b]
|
Having a pub keeper in goal really undermined Arsenal's chances, as if going down to 10 men wasn't bad enough.
|
The only reason Barcelona won is because they wore them out, not because they are actually good. Possibly one of the most egotistical and over-rated sides to win the Champions League in history. [/b]

Total nonsense!
What are you basing that on? Just the final?
I think this current Barcelona is the best I've seen in the CL since... possibly ever.
