*phenomenal

Bruno Ganz (and the film) was (were) unlucky not get Academy Awards. The film was nominated for Best Foreign Film but lost to The Sea Inside. I haven't seen that film so I can't really comment on whether or not it deserved to win, but Downfall was fantastic.

I actually watched it in my history class, one girl in my class told me she didn't like it because she didn't like reading subtitles.

God I hate my class.

Howl's Moving Castle

Studio Ghibli's works always impress me, it's quite an abstract movie, weird at parts but it was a good movie.

Last movie I saw was Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest on Thursday.

GREAT MOVIE!!! I highly reccommend seeing this movie!!!

I saw spiderman 2 yesterday and the day before I saw the pirate's movie. I liked both of them.

Honestly, I don't know about pirate's 2. I liked the first one better mainly because it ended. This one is a cliff-hanger. Just like the 2nd matrix movie but not to the same extreme. If they did something right it was cutting the movie off at a good spot....RIGHT AT THE CLIMAX!!!!!....... :dry:

OHH about 30mins ago I finished watching a film called battle royale,sweet jesus im still undecided about it,Its downright good but I really don't know. I may consider making a whole thread about it,thats how good it was!
