FF1: Thief

Ok.... im really not up to date... I know!! ; )

But I downloaded a NES emulator 3 months ago to play Baseball Stars. For any reasons I noticed FF1 in the download list.... Remembering it was a huge hit like 20 years ago and decided to give it a try...

WOW!! What game!

In my 1st game, I went whit 2 fighters a white and a black mage.... Was pretty easy, so I decided to include a thief in my company for the 2nd game. Just to make things a little harder... I thought!

But hey! its my 2nd game, and despite the fact I dont remember everything from 1st game its not just a little tougher... its s lot harder!

I think I just dont get something about thieves... They dont fight a lot better than Mages, they dont have a lot more HPs, and they cant take a hit without loosing half of their lifes!

But the run pretty fast... duh!?!

I probably dont use my thief appropriately...

Is running away like a coard is the only upside of the thief? Or do I miss something?
