They are scattered around the chapters..
But if you miss them.. You can still get the remaining ones from the new game plusses..
You will automatically get the ones you didn't have before..

Dig in Bikanel. You can get all of them there. Talking to Al Bheds sometimes gets you some, too.

How do u obtain the Secret Dungeon in Chocobo Ranch again?!

Umm..
I think you have to catch a chocobo before chapter 3 ends..
Then send out 3 lvl 1 chocobos and wait until they return, they must all return..
Then send 3 lvl 2 and wait for all three to return and so on..
If any chocobo does not return just send extras..

I need to get one of Paine's key item for her special dressphere. I know its in Thunder Plains. But how do I get it?! Now that there this "explore the cave" thing with the numbers and stuff?!

^ Yup, Paines Key item is inside the cave..
When exploring it you should have 'no encounters' equipped..
So you can concentrate better and the amount of Gil and Battles won etc. will always be 0..

Just send a Level 5 Chocobo to Mi'ihen Highroad and wait till it returns..
I think this can only be done in Chapter 5..

with the last al bhed primer ill tell you how to get it...as follows:at the entrance of the cave near the save point start from there..
walk forward to a opening path on your left...go down there...follow all the way around untill you get to a fork in the way...
the turn of to the right follow around untill you get to another part that is sort of like a fork in the road.. if you do straight to the wall a head then go a little left and it should be there...
its around the entrace to going into the omega ruins itself...
hope this helps you...finding the last al bhed primer..
when you get it go back to your ship and talk to Rin and you will get x99 underdogs secret

Alright, a few questions.

Firstly, how do I get an Episode Complete! in Mi'ihen Highroad? I first wanted to get Rin for the culprit, but then it wouldn't be an Episode Complete, and therefore, I couldn't get the Mascot dressphere. Can anybody give me the walkthrough to catch a culprit AND get me an episode complete that will let me get 100%?

Secondly, how do I get the Episode complete on the Chocobo Ranch next to the Calm Lands?

Well you shouldn't get Rin as the culprit because if you catch him you would get an episode complete, but get the Gippal's sphere. You have to catch Rikku or the Chocobo Eater as the culprit. I don't have the guide though, but I got Rikku without the guide.

To get episode complete in the Ranch..
You gotta unlock the 'secret dungeon' and beat the 'Anything Eater'..
To unlock this, just send 3 chocobos of each level and wait for their return..

I try to find a chocobo in Thunder Plains that is bold and go to level 5, but it's taking so long to find one. Is there any other place that is populated with Bold Chocobos that could go to Level 5?!
