Until you get the Cat Nip, he's going to absolutely slaughter you. Wait for him to jump out, and then quickly rush past. Don't worry, he doesn't chase you.

He is beatable, I've done it with the Cat Nip, and possibly on very high levels you could take him conventionally. You've got to be quick though, he's got very high agility. Better to avoid him entirely, he doesn't have many EXP.

I decided to the Bikanel Desert Mission: Defeat Angra Manyu and the other two fiends beside him, instead of doing the Bevelle and Malacania Mission.

Yuna is on level 54, Rikku is on level 53-55, Paine is on level 55-56.

How do I beat Angra Manyu?! I could always beat his two "friends", but Angra Manyu always heal those two. I was thinking for getting rid of his mp, by using Rikku as thief, Paine and Yuna as Gunner. BTW, should I keep using the garment grid with only two slots?! That's what I been using. I hate it when Angra Manyu uses Perdition's Flame or Flare so I'm still sure that I should get rid of the mp twice or more in a while. Should I get rid of the MP?! Is there something that I could get more MP away?!

Here are my questions:
How do I beat Angra Manyu?
Should I keep using the garment grid with only two slots?
Should I get rid of the MP?!
Is there something that I could get more MP away?!

Plz help me. I have been trying to beat that thing for over 10 times and I still can't beat it. I train once in a while to see if that would make me stronger.

To beat Angra Manyuyou should do some of the the following....

1.Get Catnip and use hastega with it
2.Use dark nights all 3
3.Use alchemist and use the attack mix and mix anykind of gem with a holy water

Don't get rid of your mp espescially if your white mage cuz you'll need it to revive some of our characters if they die.
Don't keep using the 2 slot garment grid with every character. I tried it and he still brought me down.

Thanks but then I have to go to Bevelle to get Catnip?! Will it ruin the game if I just go along to Bevelle and skip Bikanel Desert for a while?! If it does then I'll keep on battling Angra Manyu with all the info but the catnip one and just battle it.

to beat the legendary fiend you don't need catnip but this process will take much longer one alchemist 2 dark knights make the dark knights keep casting darkness while using the alchemist to heal your party with mega potion. repeat this and you'll eventually win

and use your white mage to cast protect and shell any thing like that on your party if you wanna be safe

It won't wreck your game..

Do the thing that The One Winged Angel suggested, to get mega potion just mix a high potion and a potion together..
The Darkness attack should keep the two other people KO'ed..
If they are KO'ed, keep using Darkness anyway, just in case they get revived..
Angra Mainyu can't perform Perditon's Flame if those 2 other fiends are dead..
Angra Mainyu has about 222,222 hp, so it might take a while.. XD

But when there's 2 of the elder drakes the second one jumps out how do you get past him?

The exact same way. Wait for him to jump, then rush past. It's all about timing.

Later on, one appears round the corner as well, but he doesn't move, you have to sneak round the sides.

Those areas give me the shivers...

I'll think about which I place I'll finish first. But how do u beat the Elder Drake?! I'm at cloister 22, but I was able to get pass the Elder Drake until now I can't get past it so could somebody tell me how much HP does the Elder Drake have?

To get Mega Potion just combine a potion and a a high potion..
The elder drake has about 38,000 Hp, more if it's oversouled..
I'd recommend staying away from him until you get decent enough stats or the Cat Nip..

You can ALWAYS get past the Elder Drake without fighting. There's always another way. Which area are you having problems with?

but I can get past it because there's this place where u have to jump, but when u jump there's an Elder Drake and u can't get past it! So please help me!
