The wolf hanging around Midgar and Cloud's sword might hint at Zack, but there's more evidence that it is Aeris. You see the wolf at the City of the Ancients at the pool where Aeris was buried, and you see the wolf again as Aeris thoughts were spoken. So yeah, there's more evidence to suggest that it is Aeris. Of course, it could be a bit of both...

But maybe it's just me, but I see wolves as a more masculine thing, so I'm thinking it has more to do with Zack..

And I noticed that Marlene's hair bow was pink, think that's a co-incidence?

i think i found some mistakes in the movie:
when kadaj and cloud are fighting, kadaj drops his sword, then transforms into sephiroth, he did not have his sword, but after sephiroth dies, kadaj has his sword in his hand, and he didnt pick it up or anything. it just appears in his hand after sephiroths wing fades.

another one is when they are fighting bahamut.when cloud goes through the fire ball, it just disappears, technically it should have kept on going down and smashed the city, but it just disappears after cloud goes through it, and when you see the shot of cloud flying towards bahamut, and the fireball is still there

another one is the bombs with reno and rude, when cloud passes, they were standing there, yazoo and loz were like, 10 seconds behind? i dont think reno and rude could have flown the helicopter, or ran away from the explosion in that amount of time

btw, does every1 have the same subtitles? coz mine suck, and they were done by a guy called jasconius

^ The top one I could see both sides of it.

When Kadaj transformed into Sephiroth, Sephiroth's sword appeared in his hand, Kadaj's outfit changed to Sephiroth's etc. When Sephiroth turned back into Kadaj his sword just transformed along with his clothes *Shrugs*

The other two I can't argue with.

^ You're right. I'm just saying I wouldn't count that as a flaw because a new sword appeared when he became Sephiroth, so that could have just changed into Kadaj's sword when he changed back.

i thought that when cloud went through the fire ball thing he absorbed it but i'm not sure
one thing that i did't get was when vincent saved cloud in the ancients place was that him cause it looked like it did't have a defined shape or something
it sucks cause i got the movie on realplayer and i can't figure out how to get the subs to work

If you have Roxio Easy Media Maker and Limewire Pro. you can download it with the subs in there already.

Unrelated to the previous question, could anyone figure out how the Hell Cloud combined his swords. It looked awesome but impossible to figure out.

ya i only have the free version
it seems like his swords were made to combine if you look carefully the handles can come on and out but ya it would never work in real life

And as for your thought about Vincent, remember he was a shape shifter in FF VII and Cloud used two of his Limit Breaks.

i think he only has 1 sword, u know the 1st 1 he uses. i think thats the base, and the others are like accesories that do more damage, or a bigger attack range.

I think I may have found another mistake..
You know that part when Cloud lowers Aeris' body into the water?
Well..
The water must've been pretty shallow then, or was it an invisible ledge?
Aeris was supposed to have sunk deep, right?

well, mayb the body goes 2 the bottom? or cloud is standing on elevated ground. and dont bodies disappear into the lifestream when they die? eg kadaj

^Kadaj disappeared because he was a spirit of Sephiroth.

Cloud might have been floating, who knows.

And I'm really not very happy about this. In the other topic, we're that was meant for spoilers. This is the Advent Children QUESTIONS topic. NO SPOILERS WITHOUT BEING MARKED. I've seen (read) the movie now, but there are a lot of people who havn't and no where in this topic were there meant to be spoilers! EM, Final Fantasizer, you probably just made a mistake and didn't notice, but PLEASE think first before you post! Reading spoilers at a time when there was no chance of you actually noticing there were spoilers coming is extremely aggrivating, especially if its something important like that. When I "read" the movie I discovered I already knew everything about it BECAUSE of that happening. ;)
