Well, today I beat up FF8 on PSX for 3rd time (almost 100% game complete this time, all GFs, sidequests, etc). Now I want to beat it again, but with cheats and on PC. Like character editor etc. But I need to find out how to minimize the window of FF8 on PC as it seems to be imune to 'windows key' or 'alt-tab'.
Any ideas.

well alt-tab is the only way if its a full sceen without a minimize thing, but other than that go to your task manager, maybe that will help

It doesn't work, the only way I actually could get back to desktop is to use ALT+F4 and quit it completly. Nothing seems to work, I would have to find some kind of 3rd party application for minimizing, probablly, but I can't.

JuneauMK, don't be so harsh on Shinnoki. :) Cheats aren't such a bad thing if they aren't used the first time playing a game... after beating a game several times, I think it's okay to want to try some new ways to play it. It would be true cheating if he was doing that the first time around though. When I hear about people doing that, it makes me mad :angry:

hmm, try this shortcut key to desktop, press the "Start" key , u know, the button that opens up the "start" thingy and immediately followed by the "D" key on ur keyboard and voila  have fun*edit* nevermind, it doesnt work, it seems opening task manager is the only way to minimize it..but i could have sworn i used this method when i last played it..oh well..><

:P:P:P:P:Psorry its just that i play online gamez n there r a lot of cheaters there n they piss me off. so like i sadi whenever i hear cheats i  but i think the only way to minimize a scereen isf ctrl+alt dont work is with the start button

Nothing works. And like I said, i only want to cheat it, cuz I already did beat them game 3 times on PSX... now I just wanna beat it again for fun, just for the time sake, but i don't feel like doing all those sidequests, etc. all over again. I just can't believe there is not way to minimize this game. |
