You've gone the wrong way in the train tunnels. Your target isn't the Shinra building. Go back into the tunnels and try a different route.

In the train tunnels, just keep going up the screens..
You'll have to fight the Turks eventually..

how do you aquire the zeio nut? i've seen faq and it says you have to steal it from the guys um in the northeast wearing boxing gloves but i've tried numerous attempts and stealing it and it says cant steal anything

Those Goblin guys with that Goblin Punch ability. Yep, you need to steal it from them.

It's after the Turks. There are several forks in the tracks. Just try some of the other directions. I'm pretty sure that some of the other characters will be down there to point you in the right direction.

If you go towards the bottom of the screen with the Turks, a long, long way down, you can get the W-Item materia. Heading towards the top of the screen, you can get to the Shinra building by first taking the right fork and then the left. Cait Sith's ultimate weapon is in there, and some other stuff. If you don't want to go there, from the spot where you fought the Turks, just take the left path.

um how then i've tried to and it says couldn't steal anything i've tried steal,mug and using that steal as well materia with another one

The One Winged Angel-you have to keep trying. It takes a while to get a successful steal. Those goblins are the ones you're supposed to steal the nut from.

Garnet-If you keep going that way, seven or so screens down you can get the W-Item materia. You'll be at a dead end, though, so you'll have to turn around and go all the way back. I'm pretty sure that to continue the story you just have to go up and then take the left path from the room where you fought the Turks, though.

Nothing happens in the Shinra building, but it's your only chance to get Cait Sith's ultimate weapon. There's also weapons for Cid and Barret there, and a few sources if you messed around with the drink machine when you were there in disc 1. Where exactly are you right now?

hmm you know the front of the building i believe if you go back from it you see the path cid was at dont go there go back again and take the opposite path of where yuffie is and also how do you get counter materia not like magic counter or counter attack just counter cause i read on something i'll need it for the ruby and emerald weapons

Counter is in the Northern Cave. It's in the left-up path. Eventually you'll end up in a room that has a big circle of light in the middle. The materia is in that circle. The W-Magic materia's in the same room too.

The One Winged Angel was the one asking about the counter materia, which is in the Northern Cave in disc 3.

Garnet, where exactly are you? Are you still stuck in the Midgar underground? If you can tell me what spot you're at, I can give you directions to where you need to go next.

i'am stuck in the Midgar undergrounds. I'am in the area where the train comes.and theres a ladder to climb . when i go up the ladder i found a save point.and when i go down the path i find another ladder thats leads down.but when i climb down it i can see 3 ladders on the other side .if i go all the way down its a dead end.
