Yeah, I think you have to be on disc 3. I don't remember being able to fight Ruby in disc 2, even though I defeated Ultimate Weapon. But I could be wrong, it's been a while.

Alright in FF8 the level of the money they gives it to you why sometimes it get lower and lower? like when I started the game they gave me 5000 gil and now they only give me 500 gil.

If you spend a lot of time running around without going on with the story (like if you play a lot of cards) your SeeD rank will go down and they'll pay you less. Fighting in random battles should make it go back up.

I saw a guide on SeeD rank once..
There's something called 'SeeD' Exp..
To gain SeeD ranks, it has to go up..
But each time your're payed, you lose some of the SeeD Exp, which is normal..
The increase the SeeD Exp, kill enemies.. :P

I saw a strang island it was like a desert sometimes I see a green thing appears and then disappears and when I went to that thing it was Cacuter (sp?) GF I tried to beat him but I couldn't he uses that 1000 hits or whatever its name.

Equip 100 waters to Squall's elem-attack and use his limit break over and over again. Have someone with the Revive command to help recover people quickly, and have someone summon Leviathan. When the cactuar starts to hesitate, finish him off quickly with Squall's limit break. That's what I did anyway.

Just mash all of the keys down at once. When you do it right, a door will open in the area to the right outside of the chapel.

That's where Omega Weapon is. You have to pull a cord in the art gallery and race to that spot to fight him.

Meh, it's the Gilgamesh Card, and that's cheating

Just raise your strength and spirit stats a lot, cast protect, shell, and haste on everyone, cast meltdown on Omega and attack with limit breaks. Refine Bahamut's card for 100 megalixers and have someone on standby to heal. And have someone with the defend command, too, b/c Omega has an attack that will kill all.

Oh, and if your level is a multiple of 5, equip 100 Deaths to status defense, b/c Omega always opens with Lv 5 Death.
