When I ask my mom if she'll take me somewhere, the library for example, and she's all "Yeah, I'll take you when this show is over."
*show is over*
"I'll take you tomorrow."
*the next day*
"Oh.. we'll go tomorrow, I promise."
*tomorrow*
"No Maggie, I don't feel like driving you."

Know-it-all Teachers
They always go against you, with religion, politics, even what color of cat you have. Even though half of the stuff they say is wrong anyway. -_-

I sincerely dislike when people pick and choose through things they need to do as if it's multiple choice.

School pictures.
I don't know why the photographers always do this, but my face is always up closer in the annual pictures than everyone elses. So I look like I weigh about 100 pounds more than I do.
It's always so unflattering. I feel like crying every time I flip open the page. XD

The smell of cigarette smoke. It always gives me the worst headache, and nothing helps to make it go away.

I think there's some sort of conspiracy amongst photographers to always make school photos as horrible as possible.

Parents who don't control thier kids.
Now this is one of those things that just makes me shake with anger. You're in a store and thre is this kid who is throwing a temper tantrum and making a huge scene beause his parents didn't buy him something he wanted.
And what do his parents do? They buy it for him just to make him shut up!
I can't stand this. If I had done that when I was a kid, I would have ended any chance I had of getting whatever I wanted, would have bee given a spanking, and would be lucky to still have anthing that my parents had already bought for me.
Another case happened a few weeks ago. I was sitting in a resturaunt trying to enjoy my lunch, and there's this little kid screaming his head off for no apparent reason. He's not upset, he's not even saying anythis. He's just randomly screaming. He's jumping up and down in the booth. At one point he actually turned around to the booth behind him, screamed in this man's ear and hit him on the back of the head.
NO ONE DID ANYTHING!!!!
I couldn't belive it. The man said nothing. His parents acted angry and embarrassed but still made no real effort to control the kid. If I had been in that booth and been hit, I would have turned around and hit him back. If he's man enough to hit someone several times his size, he's man enough to take what's coming to him. And if the parents had said anything, my responce would have been, "You should have done that 15 minutes ago." Once again, if that kid had been me, I would have been taken to the bathroom by one of my parents and "given something to cry about" as my mom always put it.
Serously, that kid had me to a level of pissed off I haven't been at since the 6th grade. And I'm in college. I was this close to actually walking over to that table looking at his parents and saying "Control your kid or I will!" I only restrained myself out of respect for the waitresses in the resturaunt. I go there a lot and we all have a pretty good relationship. The kid was making enough of a scene, and as I wasn't directly involved, I thought it would be kind of tactless to make a bigger one.
And I won't hear any of ths crap about spanking your kid being abuse. There is a huge difference between disipline and abuse. You don't have to leave any permanant damage or bruises or bleeding or anything like that. But if they know that if they do something bad thier going to pay for it, then they are less inclined to misbehave. A little fear goes a long way. I was spanked as a child and it didn't make a bad impression on me. In fact I think I'm better of for it. I knew better than to throw fits like that.
